To strengthen our organization, we are looking for an Human Resources Officer to support the operational and administrative management of personnel, contributing to the development and structuring of HR processes within the company.
Main Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support Management and company departments in the daily handling of HR activities, with particular focus on:
- Supporting personnel administrative management.
- Collecting and verifying documentation related to hiring, contract extensions, changes, and terminations.
- Supporting communication with labor consultants, property managers, and employees.
- Updating employee records, contractual documentation, deadlines, and HR archives.
- Supporting attendance tracking, data verification, and related information flows.
- Collaborating in onboarding processes, new hires integration, and document organization.
- Supporting the preparation and monitoring of internal procedures, job descriptions, and organizational processes.
- Handling HR back-office activities and providing general support to the HR function.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a precise, discreet, and well-organized individual, eager to grow within a structured and expanding company environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or degree in economics, law, humanities, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and personnel administration.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Good knowledge of standard IT tools and management systems.
- Ability to interact with different stakeholders and work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience, even if brief, in HR, personnel administration, or similar office roles.
- Basic knowledge of employment documentation and key HR processes.
- Experience in structured companies or in the hospitality/tourism sector.
