Electricity columns with meters

At Camping Sass Dlacia, we installed electricity columns with meters on each pitch, switching to consumption-based billing. This raised guest awareness and cut annual electricity use by over 20%.

Eco-responsible constructions

All recent constructions at Camping Sass Dlacia follow ecological principles and regulations, using sustainable materials and high-quality insulation to minimize energy consumption, reduce environmental impact, and ensure durability over time.

Compliance

Sass Dlacia S.p.A. is committed to compliance with workplace safety, privacy, and other regulations, ensuring a safe and protected environment for employees and customers, allowing everyone to work with peace of mind.

Use of electric vehicles

New electric vehicles, along with electric and pedal bicycles, enable staff movement at Camping Sass Dlacia, helping to reduce CO2 emissions and noise pollution, promoting a more sustainable and eco-friendly environment.

Ecological cleaning products

Cleaning products at our facilities are ecolabel-certified, ensuring respect for the surrounding ecosystem. We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe environment while protecting nature.

Sustainable amenity line

We replaced single-use amenities with high-quality local products in refillable dispensers, reducing plastic use and waste, supporting local producers, and continuously lowering our ecological footprint in line with sustainability goals.

Sustainable products in the minimarket

At Camping Sass Dlacia, our minimarket offers sustainable products, sourcing from local farmers to reduce transport, expanding organic and fair trade items, and providing natural, ecological, cruelty-free products for a sustainable lifestyle.

Sustainability practices for employees

We have set sustainability guidelines for all employees, promoting water and energy saving and eco-friendly behaviors. Each team member is trained to actively contribute to our sustainability mission.

Guest awareness

We installed information signs across our properties to raise sustainability awareness, offering tips on water and energy saving, waste separation, and respecting nature. Guest feedback helps us continuously improve our actions.

Waste sorting

We implemented waste sorting systems with recycling islands throughout the campsite. Sustainable packaging and strategies to reduce food waste help increase recycling rates and lower our overall environmental impact.

Sponsorship of local associations

We actively support and sponsor local associations and initiatives that strengthen the social fabric of the region. Through transparent criteria, we back projects aligned with our values in sport, culture, education, and environmental protection.

Sustainability events

The Sustainability Summit 2024 at Ütia de Börz explored responsible tourism and its impact on mountain communities. A highlight was the Farm to Fork workshop, promoting conscious food choices through hands-on experiences, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to sustainable tourism.

Plogging bags

We provide our guests with plogging bags made from ecological materials, encouraging them to collect litter during their mountain adventures. This small gesture helps protect the alpine environment and invites everyone to actively care for the landscapes they explore.
