
Sass Dlacia S.p.A. is a fast-growing company in the hospitality sector, with properties located in unique settings and a strong focus on service quality, organization and guest experience.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Minimarket Attendant to join our Camping Sass Dlacia property, with the responsibility of ensuring order, customer assistance and proper management of sales activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers during their shopping experience.
- Selling products available in the store, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Managing the cash register and payment operations.
- Organizing, restocking, and properly displaying merchandise.
- Visually monitoring stock levels and reporting restocking needs.
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and care of the sales areas.
- Supporting opening and closing activities of the store.
- Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure efficient service in line with company standards.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and dynamic individual with a strong customer focus, capable of working with attention and a collaborative attitude in an operational and seasonal environment.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for customer interaction.
- Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Operational flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
- Basic familiarity with cash handling and IT tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience, even if brief, in sales, cashier, or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of the hospitality, tourism, or retail sector.
- Knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
