To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Food Trailer Attendant to join our Camping Sass Dlacia property, with the responsibility of managing daily operations, food and beverage preparation, and sales, ensuring quality, efficiency, organization, and excellent customer interaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Welcoming customers and handling requests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Taking orders, managing counter service, and handling cash register operations.
• Setting up and maintaining the food trailer workstation and surrounding areas.
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper product storage, and reporting supply needs.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene.
• Supporting opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and fast-paced individual with a strong customer focus, capable of working in an operational, energetic environment with constant interaction with guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience, even if brief, in food service, bar, street food, or customer service roles.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for customer interaction.
• Organization, accuracy, and attention to hygiene.
• Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Operational flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
• Practical mindset, reliability, and a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food trucks, kiosks, bars, snack services, or fast food environments.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
• Knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
• Familiarity with cash handling and electronic payment systems.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Dishwasher to join our Camping Sass Dlacia property, with the responsibility of managing daily operations, food and beverage preparation, and sales, ensuring quality, efficiency, organization, and excellent customer interaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Washing crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Operating and maintaining specialist equipment (professional dishwasher, sinks, etc.).
• Tidying and cleaning kitchen areas, workstations and storerooms.
• Disposing of waste correctly in accordance with company procedures.
• Supporting the kitchen team with basic operational tasks, where necessary.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies.
• Maintaining the hygiene and sanitation standards required by current regulations.
• Working alongside kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and continuity of service.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a reliable, meticulous and hands-on individual, capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, actively contributing to the smooth running of the kitchen.
