Sass Dlacia S.p.A. is a fast-growing company in the hospitality sector, with accommodation facilities located in outstanding natural settings and a strong focus on service quality, operational efficiency and the care of environments.
To strengthen our organization, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Camping Sass Dlacia property, with the responsibility of coordinating and overseeing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, infrastructure and all areas of the property.
Main Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising routine, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance activities across the property.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, technical assets, and indoor and outdoor areas.
- Organizing technical interventions based on operational priorities and the needs of the facility.
- Directly intervening, when necessary, to resolve faults, malfunctions, and technical issues.
- Coordinating internal maintenance staff and external contractors when required.
- Monitoring the overall condition of the property, reporting issues, and proposing improvement actions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining order, efficiency, and functionality of all areas.
- Collaborating with management and department heads to plan maintenance activities, technical shutdowns, and improvement works.
- Managing materials, equipment, and technical supplies required for maintenance activities.
- Supporting the property in preventing technical issues and maintaining high quality standards for guests and staff.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and well-organized individual with a strong operational mindset, capable of working independently while effectively coordinating with other departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the role or in similar positions within maintenance, plant engineering, construction, or technical facility management.
- Solid general technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or maintenance fields.
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and coordinate interventions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, practical approach, and quick decision-making ability.
- Reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments and external suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hotels, campsites, resorts, or hospitality facilities.
- Knowledge of preventive and scheduled maintenance.
- Familiarity with the technical management of systems and infrastructure in hospitality environments.
- Experience in coordinating operational staff or external contractors.
To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Camping Sass Dlacia property, with the responsibility of ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and indoor and outdoor areas, intervening promptly, accurately, and with a hands-on approach.
Main Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on systems, furnishings, equipment, and structures.
- Performing regular checks to ensure the correct functioning of systems and technical equipment.
- Intervening in case of faults or malfunctions, identifying issues and proposing practical and effective solutions.
- Supporting the management and upkeep of outdoor areas, common spaces, and the property’s infrastructure.
- Collaborating with property managers and external suppliers for technical interventions and extraordinary maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining order and functionality of all areas.
- Contributing to the management of technical storage and work equipment.
- Supporting the operational needs of the property, also in relation to guest comfort and satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and flexible individual with good manual skills and the ability to work independently, while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience, even if limited, in general maintenance, light construction, technical systems, or similar technical work.
- Good manual skills and ability to use common work tools.
- Practical mindset, problem-solving skills, and quick response capability.
- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize work and manage priorities.
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or tourism facilities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or systems maintenance.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance activities and technical inspections of facilities.
