Sass Dlacia S.p.A. is looking for a Technical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the company’s entire technical and maintenance system, ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and efficiency of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure across all managed facilities.
The role is responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising all company maintenance activities, managing technical staff, and ensuring the full operational reliability of the facilities. The position involves technical management of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure, planning preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising the maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, heating, air conditioning, and lighting systems, as well as buildings and company facilities.
The Technical Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the maintenance team, handle staff selection, training, and task assignment, monitor equipment performance, manage suppliers, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The role will collaborate with other company functions to ensure full operational functionality, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and keep all technical documentation, manuals, and control registers up to date.
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in technical maintenance and supervision of equipment, machinery, and facilities, possessing strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and keeping up to date with new technologies.
A thorough knowledge of technical and safety regulations, experience in team and supplier management, and operational process optimization skills are required.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, precise, able to work independently, results-oriented, and highly attentive to safety and operational quality.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of all infrastructures and facilities at Camping Sass Dlacia. They carry out routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems, guest accommodations, common areas, company vehicles, and outdoor spaces.
They also take care of gardens, pitches, and green areas, manage waste, parking areas, and playgrounds, ensuring safety, functionality, and order. The Maintenance Technician assists guests with luggage, vehicles, skis, and bicycles, supports the logistics of events and activities, and collaborates with all departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, operational precision, availability, and courtesy, and can act promptly to resolve any malfunctions or issues within the facility.
