Reporting directly to the Restaurant Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for all phases of the service: preparing and setting up the dining area, welcoming guests, taking orders, and handling payments.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a friendly yet high‑volume setting.
A professional qualification or hospitality diploma is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English is required, while knowledge of German is considered an additional asset.

The selected candidate, reporting directly to Management, will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the dining room service, ensuring high quality standards and an excellent guest experience. The role includes organizing and setting up the dining area, managing and training the staff, welcoming guests, overseeing the smooth running of the service, and handling guest requests or any issues that may arise.
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in a similar role, preferably gained in structured hotel or restaurant environments, with strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. The ability to work as part of a team and to manage high-volume service in a dynamic and professional environment is essential.
