To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the restaurant at Camping Sass Dlacia. The role involves coordinating dining room operations, leading the service team, and ensuring high standards of quality, organization and guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating the dining room staff and organizing daily service operations.
- Supervising mise en place, guest reception, service flow and the organization of spaces.
- Ensuring attentive, smooth, and consistent service in line with company standards.
- Welcoming guests and professionally managing requests, special needs, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with the kitchen, bar, reception, and management to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Monitoring service performance and intervening promptly when necessary.
- Supporting the training, onboarding, and development of the dining room team.
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, organization, and proper management of equipment and spaces.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the role or in similar positions within the restaurant or hospitality sector.

- Setting up and clearing the mise en place.
- Taking orders and managing the relationship with guests during service.
- Serving food and beverages with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and proper organization of the dining area and service spaces.
- Contributing to creating a positive guest experience, with a strong focus on service quality and attention to detail.
