Pizza Chef

You will join the Kitchen team at Camping Sass Dlacia and be responsible for preparing pizzas through every stage, from managing the dough to baking.

We are looking for someone experienced, precise, and well organised, able to manage their station independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail even during the busiest services.

• Prepare and manage doughs, following recipes, proofing times, and quality standards.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas, while managing the oven correctly and efficiently.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure the quality and proper storage of raw materials.
• Keep your workstation clean, organised, and efficient throughout service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, well-organised, high-quality service.

An experienced, reliable, and passionate professional with solid knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, and baking techniques.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, accurately, and efficiently even during busy services, without compromising on product quality or workstation organisation.

Knowledge of different dough types and proofing techniques is a plus. What matters most to us is technical skill, attention to quality, organisation, and team spirit.
