Sass Dlacia S.p.A. is expanding its team.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at Camping Sass Dlacia, professionally managing all front and back office activities. They welcome guests upon arrival, handle reservations for rooms, restaurants, wellness services, and experiences offered by the facility, providing information and support throughout the entire stay, from check-in to check-out.
This role collaborates daily with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, spa, and the minimarket, ensuring effective coordination and the timely resolution of any requests or issues. The Receptionist also manages administrative and accounting activities related to guests, including preparing invoices, handling payments, deposits, and prepayments, and using the company’s information systems to manage reservations and email communications.
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented approach, operational precision, and the ability to work effectively in a team, actively contributing to the overall service quality and guest experience.
Fluency in English and in Italian is required, and knowledge of German is considered a plus.
